Second Chance for Pets is an animal rescue group based in Clinton, Illinois. They came to Lost Woods looking for a complete redesign of their website and an easier way to update content and collect online application forms.

The goal was to design and develop an easy to use website that made it as simple as possible for future pet owners to submit an adoption application.

The previous website suffered from frequent downtime and unstable form submissions resulting in missed applications. We integrated an easy to use UI that is one-click away from an adoption form. We also archive form submissions to prevent any applications being missed.
